ORLANDO, Fla – A father and son, both from law enforcement, were arrested and charged Thursday with participating in the riot at the United States Capitol on January 6.
Officer Kevin Tuck, who resigned from the Windermere Police Department, and Nathaniel Tuck, who was an officer with the Apopka Police Department, both walked out of the Orlando Federal Courthouse on Thursday afternoon.

The Windermere Police Department released a statement Thursday saying: “We are disheartened by the arrest of Officer Kevin Tuck today by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on charges arising on January 6, 2021 at the US Capitol. United States”.
The Tucks haven’t said much after leaving their hearing.
Windemere Police Chief David Ogden said a fellow officer raised concerns about Kevin Tuck to his immediate supervisor over his role in the violence on Capitol Hill.

The FBI has been contacted and told they will offer transparency and full cooperation in this matter.
According to court documents, Kevin Tuck faces charges including obstructing formal proceedings and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building.

Police say Kevin Tuck has denied being inside the Capitol and said he attended a political rally.
Police said Kevin Tuck did not notify his supervisor he would attend the event.
Her son, Nathaniel Tuck, also faces similar charges.
Prosecutors said Nathaniel Tuck broke into the Capitol.
