Wisconsin woman missing after fire from a boat in California

(WKOW) – A woman from Wisconsin was on board the boat that burst into flames near the shore of Santa Cruz, California on Monday.

Kristy Finstad, 41, led the dive tour, according to her brother.

She is missing and presumed dead.

Finstad graduated in 1996 from Oostburg High School in the Sheboygan area,
