Hannah viverette – the woman whose TikTok recording captured the moment a man allegedly broke into her home – says she is now stuck between a rock and a very scary difficult place due to the ordeal.
Hannah tells us that the man who was arrested for criminal harassment after entering her apartment on Sunday night still lives in her apartment building. He was released from prison after his arrest, and she says his deportation date is still a few weeks away.

Hannah says she is afraid to live there and has been staying in a safe place since the incident – but she is in desperate need of a real move and a new permanent home.
The problem is, she says her apartment complex in Maryland won’t allow her to break her lease – and says she already faces enough hardship as a single mom who lost her job because of the pandemic.
His lawyer, Symone redwine, tells us that she thinks what happened to Hannah is a reason for her to immediately terminate her lease without penalty … and she talks to the resort to try to make that happen.
As we reported … Angel Moises Rodriguez-Gomez was loaded with 2 counts of burglary, second degree assault, criminal harassment and malicious destruction of property.
Hannah tells us that she also requested a restraining order days after the incident as she was told it would help speed up the process of her eviction from the building. She says her deportation date, from now on, is only mid-December.
We have contacted the housing complex, but no word yet.
