Wyandotte Roosevelt hosted in Riverview on Tuesday night for a double out-of-league meet.
Assisted by eight top spots, host Bears defeated the Pirates 120-63 in what was a crossover clash between the Downriver League and the Huron League.

For the night, Roosevelt finished first in five individual events and the team won all three relay events.
Quinn Mittlestat won the 200 freestyle with a time of 2 minutes 16.77 seconds while Lucy Moline dominated the butterfly (1: 11.15), Ania Toboy won the 100 freestyle (1: 00.24), Scotlynn Vaughn placed first in breaststroke (1: 21.88) and Isabella Bitner was the diving champion (177.00).
The winning team in the 200 QN relay (2: 08.95) included Vaughn, Toboy, Chloe Lobato and Deyana Haugabook. The first place 200 free relay (2: 00.55) consisted of Moline, Mittlestat, Kyle King and Theresa Hickey. In the winning 400 freestyle relay (4: 15.61) were the group of Toboy, Mittlestat, Lauren Pelland and Tamara Hinojosa.
For Riverview, Teaghan Pirtle won the 200 IM (2: 29.00) and 500 freestyle (5: 54.26) while teammate Ellie Kulick won the 50 freestyle (26.81) and backstroke (1:08, 42).
The Bears took second and third places in five different events.
Vaughn (2: 35.78) and Lobato (2: 42.22) finished 2-3 in the 200 IM. The duo Toboy (27.37) and Haugabook (27.90) placed 2-3 in the 50 freestyle. In the 500 freestyle, the second and third were won by Mittlestat (6: 00.32) and Bitner (6: 27.42). On the backstroke, Andrea Negrete (1: 14.21) was second and Brooke Murray (1: 18.84) third. In diving, Roosevelt’s Madison Samotis (150.60) and Myah Greene (122.20) finished 2-3.
Also for the home team, Hinojosa was second in the butterfly (1: 14.69), Moline was third in the 200 freestyle (2: 19.55) and Haugabook was third in the 100 freestyle (1:03, 34).
Additionally, the Bears were third in all three stints, with Negrete, Hickey, Hinojosa and Brooklyn Luscomb in the 200 IM (2: 17.34); Vaughn, Samotis, Luscomb and Haugabook in the 200 freestyle (2: 01.84); and Moline, Luscomb, Negrete and Hannah Zalewski in the 400 freestyle (4: 39.67).
For Riverview, in breaststroke, it’s Melisa Dama (1: 21.94) in second and her teammate Jadyn Fry (1: 24.27) in third.
Marina Scowden was second for the Bucs in the 200 freestyle (2: 18.56) and 100 freestyle (1: 00.92) and Fry was third in the butterfly (1: 24.55).
Riverview was second in all three relay events on Tuesday night, with Kulick, Pirtle, Dama and Evanna Eckelberry in the 200 IM (2: 10.63); Dama, Fry, Scowden and Amanda Khan in the 200 free relay (2: 01.59); and Scowden, Pirtle, Khan and Kulick in the 400 freestyle relay (4: 17.50).
The two teams face off on Saturday morning at the annual Downriver Classic at Allen Park.
