You can now play Golf in Overwatch with Torbjorn's new workshop mode

Overwatch fans have been working hard to bring their ideas to life with the Workshop. Yet, one player has a hole in one with his creation of Torbjorn Golf.

Blizzard launched Overwatch workshop at PTR [Public Test Realm] Return on April 24th. Although the creative mode is not yet available to all players, those who have got their hands on new tools have come up with a ton of new ways to play.

Some fans have spoiled the idea of creating new heroes, others have "fixed" some "bugs" for a long time, and some have even developed new game modes to share with friends. These new modes have been pushed to the next level – allowing players to turn Torbjorn into Tiger Woods.

Blizzard

Torbjorn is the last character of Overwatch to have his own Atelier mode.

In an article about the Overwatch subreddit, the OfficialRaider user unveiled his latest studio idea – Torbjorn Golf -, which took about a week to create and allows 12 players to participate in an 18-hole round on Blizzard World .

The mode works the same way as games like Golf With Friends. Instead of hitting a ball at the hole, the players act like the ball itself, throwing Torbjorn under the flag without the need for a putter.

However, there are elements of the classic EA Sports Golf games. For example, if you squat your Torbjorn, you will get a preview of the hole, in the same way that professional golf players "read" the shots in real play.

What is the map code of Torbjorn Golf?

Right now, the only course available is OfficialRaider's Blizzard World, but if it's popular, it will not take long for someone to develop his mode and throw something else.

Although it would probably be a little too difficult to recreate iconic routes like Augusta National or St Andrews, sending Torbjorn around Eichenwalde or the temple of Anubis does not seem to go too far.

As always, if you want to play workshop creation in its current form, the code to enter is as follows: QT7TQ.
