The Zac Brown Band will not be continuing their tour anytime soon.

Lead singer Zac Brown has tested positive for COVID-19 and has been forced to cancel several upcoming tour dates.

In a lengthy social media post, Brown, 43, shared a heartfelt message to his fans regarding his coronavirus status.

“To all of our fans,” the country singer began. “I made the very difficult decision to pause Zac Brown Band’s ‘The Comeback Tour’. Despite my precautions, I tested positive for COVID-19. “

He continued, “I am deeply disappointed that this has happened because touring is our life and performing live for our fans is the best part of our job. We will resume touring as soon as I complete the quarantine mandated by the CDC and it is safe for our band and our team to do so. “

In the comments section, he explained that refunds can be given for canceled shows in Clarkston, Michigan; Burgettstown, Pennsylvania; Syracuse and Saratoga Springs, New York. The concerts were originally scheduled to take place from September 30 to October 3.
