An outbreak of respiratory illness killed two residents of a long-term care facility in Virginia and transferred 18 others to the hospital after having sickened 54 in total over the past 11 days. The health department of Fairfax County, Virginia, announced that it was investigating the outbreak in Greenspring, which is home to 263 residents in total.
