51% of unvaccinated people believe COVID-19 vaccine contains microchip

Latest news is that one in five Americans believe COVID-19 vaccine contains microchip, recent news Economist/YouGov poll reveals.

When asked to what extent they think it is true that “the US government uses [the vaccine] to chip the population “, 20% of American adults said they thought it was” certainly / probably true “and 14% were not sure. 66% denied such a statement as” certainly / probably not true. By statute, 51 percent of “vaccine rejecters” believed in the microchip theory, compared to only 9 percent of those who are fully vaccinated.

At a broader level, 85% of those who do not want to be vaccinated believed that “the threat of the coronavirus was exaggerated for political reasons”.
