COVID-19 Update: San Antonio officials on Monday reported more than 700 new cases of coronavirus and another increase in COVID-19-related hospitalizations, continuing a rise in infections in recent days.

COVID patients now represent 13% of all patients in San Antonio area hospitals.

No new deaths were recorded on Monday, leaving the local pandemic toll at 1335.

COVID-19 Update: The spread of COVID-19 in San Antonio became more severe on Sunday as officials reported 1,077 new cases of the coronavirus, the highest daily number of cases since July, when the pandemic peaked here.
