Tshwane Police Department spokesman Isaac Mahamba said the protesters had barricaded the N14 and the R55 with tires and rocks on fire.

Mahamba declared that all N12 exits at Olievenhoutbosch in Centurion were also blocked
Protesters were also launching materials and rocks burning on pbading cars
. "The information we have at this stage is that they have received notices that they will be deported for illegally occupying RDP homes."
"They protest against this, because they do not want to be expelled" Mahamba said.
