The brother of the accused murderer Rameez Patel was unable to testify against him as scheduled on Monday because he was shot dead during the weekend.
Razeen Patel, 24, was in critical but stable condition after being shot Sunday, Netwerk24 reported
When Rameez heard the news during his trial in the Limpopo High Court in Polokwane on Monday, he reportedly lifted arm in the air and would have shaken his head in disbelief
