JOHANNESBURG – KwaZulu-Natal police are investigating a suspicious machine found in a Woolworths shop at Gateway Mall in Durban.
An explosive unit was deployed in the store after an unusual item was hidden inside.
Police spokesman Thulane Zwane says they can not confirm exactly what the device
did not explode. The case is still under investigation. "
Similar devices were found at the same retail chain, one in Gateway and the other at the Pavilion Shopping Center earlier this week.
