WC Sassa beneficiaries can collect payments at the post office

CAPE – The South African Social Security Agency (Sbada), Western Cape, says recipients will be able to collect payments at post of the province

. Sbada Acting Regional Director, Henri de Grbad, says there have been delays in the payment of social grants because some outlets did not intervene until after July 1, when payments have been made.

Grbad reports that 60,000 social grant recipients in Western Cape Province, who received the new social grant card issued by the South African Post Office (Sapo), have been affected by delays.

now says that all outlets, along with the post office, are online. Recipients can do their transactions without any problem.

De Grbad says the Sapo workers' strike did not affect the operations.
