MIAMI (WSVN) – The Florida Department of Health has issued a warning after a Miami restaurant worker has tested positive for hepatitis A.

The employee would work at the Primo Italian Kitchen and Bar along 17th Avenue and North Bayshore Drive.

The authorities recommend that you consult a doctor and ask for a vaccination if you were at the restaurant between January 26th and February 7th.

Hepatitis A is an infection of the liver. Symptoms include fever, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
