Respawn Entertainment has released a detailed update focused on answers to a variety of Apex Legends community questions and detailing what fans can expect from future updates.
Apex Legends has not even been out for two weeks, and is already taking steps with impressive ease while recording more than 25 million players.
After a long update published in the Apex Legends subreddit, Respawn has clearly announced that they would aim to reach new heights outside the game by addressing some important community discussion points over the course of two years. last weeks. .

Respawn launched the update by informing fans that they were "taking seriously" information about a crash on all platforms and that they would look to improve things in the near future.
Players can expect a new patch next week (no date has been specified) that will aim to improve stability, performance and other qualities of life.

The cheaters
With more than 25 million registered players, it is not surprising that many cheaters were spotted in the first two weeks of the release.
To this day, Respawn confirms that over 16,000 players have been identified and banned from the game. All players who encounter cheats are encouraged to use this tool to report them immediately.
Even if you have no proof, simply scoring the ID will allow Respawn to investigate the account and ensure that cheats are handled as quickly as possible.
Communication in progress
Perhaps most important of all, Respawn has presented what will be a large and regular update schedule for the next few weeks.

Our customer service team provides daily reports and many members of the development team research and email links to reported issues on social and reddit channels. We also have radar tools that capture all kinds of game data, measure feelings, and provide insights into what's most talked about about Apex Legends.
When problems are reported, they are organized by our wonderful quality assurance team that attempts to duplicate them based on the information they have. If they are able to reproduce it, a ticket is created and they are added to the rest of the known issues, prioritized, planned, and assigned to the appropriate developers to resolve it. How do we prioritize? We use data to inform us of the number of people affected, the possible degradation of the exploit, the resources needed to solve it, etc.
