CHERRY CREEK – Taran J. Mosher, 23, of Forestville, has been charged with impaired driving. Soldiers say Mosher allegedly crashed his motorcycle on Main Street in the village of Cherry Creek on Friday. Mosher, moving at a dangerous speed and performing a ” wheel “ stuntman, would have lost control of his motorcycle. He was rushed to Brooks Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries where patrols noted signs of impairment. Mosher has consented to a blood test and the patrols are awaiting the results.

VILLENOVA – Justin M. Stanfield, 34, of Silver Creek, has been charged with impaired driving. The soldiers responded at 4:25 p.m. Sunday to an accident on Route 83 near Zahm Road in the town of Villenova. An investigation and witness statements revealed Stanfield left the road and crashed his vehicle after attempting to overtake the vehicle in front of him. The Soldiers noted that Stanfield had clear signs of impairment, as well as the failure of standardized field sobriety tests. He then provided a 0.09% breath sample and was released with an appearance ticket.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ RANDOLPH – Dakota J. Harman, 23, of Randolph, has been charged with impaired driving. MPs stopped a vehicle at 1:22 a.m. Friday on Main Street in Randolph. An investigation revealed that Harman was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol while driving the vehicle. He is due to appear in Randolph Town court later.

RED HOUSE – Leandro Weidner, 30, of Jamestown, has been charged with impaired driving, DWI itself, the aggravated felony of unlicensed exploitation and freeway parking. An unconscious man was found in the driver’s seat of a vehicle Thursday on Interstate 86 in the town of Red House. An investigation revealed that Weidner allegedly drove the vehicle intoxicated and had a suspended driver’s license. Weidner received appearance tickets to be at Red House Town Court later.
