Here is the message from the Community Manager:
Hello everyone,
At 10:30 am PDT we will start server maintenance (on all platforms) which will last approximately 2-3 hours. This will only affect half of the affected servers, as we are restarting the servers to deploy a fix for the character locking issue.
As the deployment time approaches (10:30 a.m. PDT), we recommend that you log out before restarting the servers to avoid losing character progress.
So that means that at 1:30 p.m. ET / 1:30 a.m. HKT, the servers will be down until 2-3 hours later. We will post updates in this article if the servers are backed up or if maintenance is extended.
Stay tuned for our Diablo 2 Resurrected review soon on the site.
