Haught said the county's health department warns residents of the potential health risks associated with vaping.

Depending on the department, symptoms of the disease include shortness of breath, cough, chest pain, fever, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.

Governor Gavin Newsom said Monday that the state would spend $ 20 million for awareness campaigns on the dangers of vaping.

This is a story in development.
