Season 9 introduced a bug that was bothering skin problems last season. Epic provides compensation and a bonus to players who have experienced this.
Epic is perhaps the leader of the video game industry with Fortnite, but that does not mean that their game is bug-free. Every regular player knows that Fortnite has constant bugs, big and small.
Large patches like the one in Season 9 almost always introduce a bug, so it's not surprising to learn that the update has upset some of last season's challenges.
Players who had not completed their challenges last season realized that their Blackheart and Hybrid challenges did not appear anymore in the "Challenges" tab.
We are currently studying a problem regarding the Blackheart and Hybrid Style challenges from the previous pass that was no longer displayed in the Challenges tab.

This largely affected the players who connected to Fortnite earlier in the day, so those who started playing after 3:00 pm EST would not have this problem.
Those who have experienced this problem, however, should not worry. A few minutes later, the official Fortnite account tweeted to announce the resolution of the problem and indicate that they would provide the players with compensation for the completed challenges, as well as a bonus.
Update: we have a full patch for the players involved in the v9.01 update that will provide compensation for all the already completed challenges as well as a bonus!

They did not specify what the bonus was going to be, but it will probably only contain a few extra XPs or "completed challenges" to unlock additional styles from these two skins.
