children from Syria, "said the county council in a statement.
Seine-Saint-Denis has decided to issue tax certificates against the State. One amounts to 192.821 million euros for "fair compensation of active solidarity income [RSA] ". For the compensation of
the personalized allowance of autonomy (Apa), it is a title of recipe of 85,915 million euros which was emitted. Two other opinions of the amounts to be paid of more than 32 million euros for the reception of unaccompanied minors and
disability compensation benefit (PCH) are addressed to the state. Finally, a last letter asks 2.5 million euros to the Elysee for the reception of Syrian children.
In 2017, the department refused to pay the RSA to the Caf

In October 2017, the departmental council of Seine-Saint-Denis had decided not to pay the RSA to the Caf for the month of December to denounce the lack of compensation of the State.
