The French family that imported measles into Costa Rica is Var, according to Var Matin.
The parents and their 5-year-old child arrived in the country on February 18, carrying with them the measles virus. After being quarantined by local authorities, they were allowed out of the hospital on Thursday.

However, according to health authorities quoted by Europe 1, "they must stay in Costa Rica until March 6" and "went to the residence where they were staying" in the meantime.
The child developed the first symptoms
