A major investment to cope with the influx of orders. In Saint-Nazaire, the Chantiers de l'Atlantique have completed the extension of their pre-badembly area. This area allows shipyards to start building a liner by making the enormous metal sections that will form the hull when badembled.
The works, started in July 2017 under the leadership of the public works company Charier, have resulted in an increase in floor space of 17,000 m2, a gain of 30%.
