The light therapy as a remedy

These glbades use light therapy as a cure for your sleep problems. That is to say that when you wear the Smart Sleep II, a green light will come into action at the level of the eyes. The goal ? Stimulate the nervous system and regulate the level of melatonin (the sleep hormone) that the body produces during the day by promoting it during the night to accelerate sleep especially. The Californian start-up behind this project explains that it is enough to wear the glbades every day – between 7 and 9 am – to feel the benefits after a week.
