To get the chip 48, you will have to go to the snowy area and the mountain north-east of Happy Hamlet. However, you will have to think of equipping yourself with the Vox pickaxe in order to recover the chip, which is received as a reward for level 55 of the Combat Pbad. Numbered chip 48 is located to the right of the toilet, at the location indicated on the map below.
