A similar procedure

Only one victim was a different badault, the young man would have caught before grabbing her bad. Two different reports, with two similar but distinct profiles, were recorded by the police.

"As early as last week, we started a mapping of the lighting on the campus to take the measure of the worries" start Ary Bruand. The first badaults took place in places with little light, already quite late in the evening. The last, however, was perpetrated during the day, Sunday around 4:45 pm
"Securitas, they are there when they are there, the police, we see it in a rare way", says a chain manager. Data that should evolve quickly, according to the president of the university.
"Security guards, we ask them to reorganize their work in the evening, so that they are present between 17h and 21h inside the campus and not closing the buildings as they usually do "he explains.
Two additional officers have already been recruited, and the company in charge of the campus should still send reinforcements soon. Other measure: Student groups may be accompanied by agents when they finish late. This device should be maintained and extended, "as long as the problem is not solved".
Finally, the university came into contact with the state, so that the campus video surveillance device is rehabilitated. "But it's something that will take a number of weeks," recognizes Ary Bruand.
Sexual badault: up to 5 years in prison
Sexual badault (on a person of full age) is defined as "any badual attack without penetration committed on a victim with violence, coercion or threat. " This means that the author of the touching did not obtain, as specified by the Department of Justice, "the clear and explicit consent of the victim."
The relationship between the victims is in no way a mitigating circumstance, since badual badault is recognized including, for example, between spouses.
