the evocation of a third DNA in the survey is causing trouble

A hair confirms it, the Daval affair is far from being elucidated. Grégory Gay, the brother-in-law of Alexia Daval, a young woman found dead in Haute-Saône in October 2017, asks the investigators to look at a hair belonging to the mother of Jonathann Daval – husband of the victim and suspect number 1 murder.

This "hair element" was discovered at the beginning of the investigation, several months ago, in the vehicle that was used to transport the body of the victim. However, nothing supports the slightest complicity of Martine Henry in the murder of his daughter-in-law. Coincidence or dependent element? The two theories are opposed.

Grégory Gay said he had peeled the 5,000 pages of the investigation file and discovered itself the evocation of this hair belonging to Martine Henry. He suggests that this element is more than disturbing, knowing that the family of Alexia Daval is convinced that Jonathann has benefited from a complicity.

"The fact that the DNA of Jonathann, Martine and Alexia are found in the same place on this wooden plate obviously raises questions," said Grégory Gay in a letter addressed to his lawyer, which BFMTV was able to consult.

The gendarmes deny this interpretation. They say on the one hand that this is not new, they know for months that this hair belongs to Martine Henry. On the other hand, it is not, according to them, a charge to support any suspicion of complicity. Jonathann Daval regularly visited his mother with his professional car. It is not unlikely to find one of his hair in the back of the vehicle.
