A new twist in the soap opera Labarre. This pharmacy, located in Nexon, has just been authorized to reopen by the Regional Health Agency after 9 months of inactivity. Back in a few points on this issue

In 2014 the pharmacy Labarre asks permission to move from the center of Nexon to the Super U, route de la Meyze. The order of pharmacists gives a negative opinion because it says it would upset the balance and distribution of pharmacies.

However, the pharmacist obtains the authorization of the Ministry of Health on December 9, 2014.

At the end of September 2017 the agreement of the department authorizing the transfer is disputed by pharmacists of the sector before administrative justice. The administrative court of Limoges and the Bordeaux Court of Appeal give them reason.

Mr Labarre, owner of the pharmacy

In the wake, the license is withdrawn and Stéphane Labarre is removed from the order of pharmacists.

En March 2018 A support rally takes place at Nexon. The collective "Save the pharmacy Labarre" gathers 250 people and launches a petition. He goes to meet the elected officials and pharmacists who have seized justice.

Another application to the ARS is made by Stéphane Labarre with new arguments. This time, the ARS agrees. Last Tuesday, a new operating license was issued and Wednesday, Stéphane Labarre was again registered to the order.

"To sum up, explains Alain Texier, member of the collective, we were told at the beginning that the pharmacy was located in a depopulated area and that she was not right to be in this sector … Now, the Health Agency takes into account the nomadic population of the holidays and also the absence of pharmacies in neighboring communities. In addition, the boundaries of the town have changed a little following a decision of the city council. The delimitation panels are located after the pharmacy which is therefore considered to be in the village and no longer in a depopulated area. It has all its usefulness … "

Contacted, Stéphane Labarre did not wish to express himself to avoid including that his colleagues can accuse him of advertising this story.
