En March 2018 A support rally takes place at Nexon. The collective "Save the pharmacy Labarre" gathers 250 people and launches a petition. He goes to meet the elected officials and pharmacists who have seized justice.
Another application to the ARS is made by Stéphane Labarre with new arguments. This time, the ARS agrees. Last Tuesday, a new operating license was issued and Wednesday, Stéphane Labarre was again registered to the order.

The delimitation panels are located after the pharmacy which is therefore considered to be in the village and no longer in a depopulated area. It has all its usefulness … "
