Three people are in custody Thursday night as part of the investigation to determine liability after the collapse of a building at No. 19 rue Bourbon in Charleville-Mezieres on Wednesday, November 7.

It is a crane operator, a site manager and a team leader. They are all three employees of the Ferrari company which works on the construction site of the future H & M store near Bourbon street.

The collapse of the building would be due to the way of digging the foundations that was not correct and that weakened the building coupled with a crane movement that destabilized the building.

These three people will be presented tomorrow Friday to an investigating judge to open a judicial inquiry.
