"No viable industrial project"

However, on November 23, Loïg Chesnais-Girard warned: "The EPP is not only a series of figures, it is also and above all a political message and an industrial vision that we send to actors in this sector. The EPP must therefore schedule a first call for tenders next year, continue from 2021, to progressively achieve the goal set by the Regions to install 4 GW of floating wind turbines in France, including 1.5 GW for the Brittany, by 2030. This is a realistic and necessary objective to set up the sector, create jobs in our territories and quickly reduce the cost of electricity produced ".
