Update of Xbox Juli is here with the fast start for games, groups, new search

Microsoft announced today that it will release another small feature update for the Xbox One. The new version number 1806 has been tested by Xbox insiders in recent weeks and now brings new features such as faster startup games, groups and improved search.

Major Nelson, aka Larry Hryb, announced the new software update on the Xbox blog, detailing the key new features. Xbox players can be happy: With the release of version 1806, the new group functions are finally released. Microsoft is now expanding the pins to create custom collections on the Xbox. With groups, you can group games and applications into a group and name them as you want.

The new groups are also available in the My Games and Apps section and on the home page. By synchronizing with the Xbox Live account, you can use groups created once on all connected consoles.

The 1806 version now has a fast "FastStart" feature for games. Innovation has been shown this year for the E3 games show and is only initially available for selected titles.

For this, the files required to start the game are downloaded in priority, which means that you can start your game twice as fast as before. The rest of the game is then simply downloaded in the background. There is a catch: At the beginning of Fast Start, there is support for titles in English only, but also for games of the Xbox Game Pbad.
Improvement of the research
Another innovation in the update is the improved search. With the Y selection you can now search directly and you can search for its own content, store or settings and move quickly.
