Assassin's Creed Developer wants "more of everything"

PS5 and the next Xbox arrive, it seems to be certain. While Microsoft has already confirmed the work on a new Xbox, Sony is still covered on a possible PlayStation 5. There are some wishes from developers. "More, more of everything," says Scott Phillips, director of the Assbadin's Creed Odyssey game, for new consoles. In an interview with the English site Gamingbolt, the developer talks about "connecting features", which he also considers extremely important for the future. Finally, more and more players are online and want to connect with their friends. "The sharing button and things are getting bigger and bigger," commented Phillips

. That's why, for example, you'd bring back the photo mode to Assbadin's Creed Odyssey. "We want to interact with the community – and hope that future consoles will continue to allow it," added the director of the game. The concrete plans of Sony and Microsoft on PS5 and a new Xbox are not yet available. Therefore, we must wait and see what features manufacturers are screwing up for their new consoles.

Recently there were rumors about the successor to Xbox One. As a result, Microsoft is working on two models. In addition to a high-end "traditional" version, a variant is also planned, which mainly serves as a streaming platform. This allowed to download parts of the game from the cloud. Because this would not require high-end hardware, Microsoft could offer this cheaper console model. PS5 and the next Xbox are planned for 2020 or 2021.
