Rapidfire, Corsair introduced two new game keyboards with the K70 Mk.2. The keyboards come with Cherry's ultra-thin switches introduced at CES 2018, designed to offer a flat design while providing a good typing experience.

The difference between the two models lies in the switches: the standard Low Profile K70 Mk.2 comes with low profile red linear switches that provide the striking feel of the Cherry MX-Red switches. The release stroke is short 1.2 mm, which is advantageous for games.
However, the Rapidfire model comes with fast versions of the Corsair ultra-low switch, whose trip distance has been reduced to 1 mm. As a result, reaction times while playing can be shortened again. The speed switches are also linear, have the same switching height as 11.9 mm and require a force of 45 cN to trip.

The keypad case is made of brushed aluminum and a height of 29 mm, quite flat. The buttons are backlit, different lighting modes can be individually programmed via the Corsair iCue software.
The K70 Mk.2 comes with custom media buttons, a volume wheel, a user profile switch and a USB relay. The keyboard has N-Key keys, so there is no limit to the number of keys that the system always recognizes.
The keyboard costs 190 euros
The K70 Mk.2 costs 190 euros with the exclusive Corsair speed switches at the manufacturer. The price of the model with the red switches has not been announced by the manufacturer.
