Frankfurt / Main (dpa) – Due to heavy riots, the Sports Court of the German Football Federation has the fourth division SV Waldhof Mannheim deducted three points and a fine 40,000 euros sentenced.

Thus, the court reduced a previous criminal complaint because of the incidents in both games of the league's 3rd league against KFC Uerdingen. The return match of May 27 had to be canceled.

The petition required a deduction of nine points for the new season and a fine of 50,000 euros. The regional league has not approved this request and is particularly opposed to the deduction of points.

After the riots of Waldhof fans and the demolition of the return match of the promotion, the sports court of the DFB granted a score of 2-0 to Uerdinger, who rose to the 3rd division.
