Pokémon GO: Here's how you defeat Arctos in the Raid

The legendary Pokémon Arktos is one of the most difficult bosses of Pokémon GO. Because you will soon be able to fight again in the raid – Niantic announced a matching event in reward for the fact that players have achieved the goals of the Dortmund Safari Zone – we summarize for you here in our guide (based on a Pokemongohub items) so you can easily incorporate Arktos into your collection – maybe even in the Shiny variant.

Arktos is a Raidboss on Tier Five. So you should fight with at least three coaches – but better a group of four or five players. Arktos owns 37,603 Boss CP and belongs to the Ice Flight combination. It is therefore particularly sensitive to rocks, fire, electricity and steel, with rock attacks acting at double strength.

In combat, Arctos depends exclusively on ice attacks. You should not use Pokémon in the Raid against legendary Pokémon, which has a weakness compared to ice attacks. Specifically, Arktos uses the following series of attacks:

• Ice (normal attack, ice type) and Blizzard (charged attack, ice type)
• Ice (normal attack, ice type) and Ice (charged attack, ice type)
• Eisodema (normal attack, ice type) and ice storm (charged attack, ice type)

The most dangerous is the combination of Eisodem and Blizzard, then that you can relatively well escape from ice iodine and ice storm. If you want to maximize your chances in the Arctic raid, you can bet on the following counter-Pokemon:
