Just in time for the "World Emoji Day", Apple gives a preview of the new smileys that will be included in iOS 12: The images are animal, colorful, delicious, frosty and heroic.

iOS 12 is not only intended to accelerate older iPhones and make Siri smarter, the update of the iPhone and iPad operating system, released in the fall, will also offer more 70 new emojis that will give you more ways to express your messages and e-mails. Among other things, new options for emoji characters with the human aspect are included. These are now available in iOS 12 with red, gray hair or even without hair. Also new are style emojis with curly hair.

iOS 12 brings love, iced emoji superheroes

Those who prefer to use smiley-like yellow faces can expect a new sad emoji, sweetheart and a celebration emoji with a horn. Frostbite below you can complain about winter temperatures with a frozen blue smiley and ice cubes. From the animal kingdom, join a lobster, a peabad and a rhinoceros, zebra and company kangaroo already existing. The sports range is complemented by the softball (a larger baseball). The coolest new emojis, however, are the female superhero and the male superhero.

And that's not all: Owners of an iPhone X access four new Animojis with iOS 12: Tiger, Koala, T-Rex and a Ghost. With the help of the front camera of the iPhone X, you can transfer your facial expressions to these special emojis and make them live. In addition, in iOS 12, you have the ability to create your own animojis, the so-called MeMojis. Animojis and MeMojis can be used not only for sending video messages, but also as avatars in the new FaceTime.

Apple will release iOS 12 in the fall of 2018 as a free update of all compatible iPhones and iPads. Which devices are here, you can read here.
