Will VfL Bochum take on Werder Bremen defender?

Bochum. Bundesliga club VfL Bochum is apparently interested in central defender Luca Caldirola of Bundesliga club Werder Bremen. It pays "image". Caldirola, 27, is under contract with Bremen for another year. However, he plays no role in the coach Florian Kohfeldt, last season he played only a Bundesliga match. He has been in the team 15 times without being replaced. Overall, Caldirola has been used in 80 Bundesliga matches.
VfL has four central defenders under contract – Tim Hoogland and Patrick Fabian, who could help Jan Gyamerah, but defended on the right. Tom Baack and Maxim Leitsch are inexperienced. An alternative could be used by VfL Bochum – and coach Robin Dutt knows Caldirola well. He once brought him to Werder Bremen and made him a regular player. His best time was Caldirola in the 2015/2016 season, when he made the league with Darmstadt 98. He was used in all 34 games in 90 minutes. (aer)
