Developer Dominic Maas has released a new browser extension for Google Chrome, Vivaldi and Mozilla Firefox : "Windows Timeline Support" accesses your Microsoft account or Windows timeline. "Windows Timeline Support" is still in beta. The program is open source. Finally, you can see the code on GitHub. There you can also comment on the developer's bugs or make suggestions for improvement. After installing the browser extension, you must create a link to your Microsoft account. Then you can view your devices and flick through them with tabs.
The available devices are marked with a green logo, the other device is simply plugged, you see it marked in red. The browser does not need to be open on the other device. Just click the "Open this page on another device" tab in "Windows Timeline Support" and select the appropriate device. With a few seconds late, the other device opens the website you are watching.
As a second option, you can also synchronize your browsing history via the Windows scenario on all devices. In addition, you can specify how many seconds should elapse before a page turns into a timeline. The default value is eight seconds.
