The last vice president, Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur will be buried on the 27th of this month.
The body will be refurbished at the Accra International Conference Center and the clbadification will begin at 5am in the morning at 9am
burial service immediately follows. This was announced during a week – long ceremony at the Ridge Church in Accra this Friday
The burial and memorial service will be followed by a private burial and it will be strictly by invitation.
The final thanksgiving service will be held at the conference center on July 28, the following day at 9 am
A high-powered government delegation led by Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, honored the ceremony.
Former President John Mahama, under whom Mr. Amissah-Arthur served as vice-president, his wife Lordina, former ministers and nominees, and deputies attended the program.
Former Vice President Amissah-Arthur died last week after Friday having collapsed during a gymnastic exercise. .
