Yahsat, a global satellite operator based in the United Arab Emirates, will participate in the West Africa Com in Senegal from July 10 to 11 as a Gold Sponsor. During this event, Yahsat will present its YahClick high-speed flagship service to its partners and customers in the region. Yahsat's participation in the event is part of its plan to launch YahClick this year in five new markets in West Africa.
The service will be available in Senegal and The Gambia through the Arc Telecom service partner, in Ivory Coast through CEE-NET, Isocel in Benin, and both by Teledata and Comsys in Ghana. In 2012, Yahsat was the first to introduce Ka-Band satellite technology in Africa through YahClick.
YahClick claims to enable socio-economic development in Africa and in other parts of the world where he is present, providing connectivity to remote schools and clinics, linking rural public libraries and badisting government and non-government employees -governmental during their fieldwork. YahClick has also supported small and large businesses.
