The East Dadekotopon Development Trust asked the public to disregard a notice issued by Nii Kwade Okropong I and two others regarding BK Yemoh .
The notice, which public warning, was published in the Daily Guide editions of July 12 and July 16.

We want the general public to know that this publication does not come from the East Dadekotopon Development Trust
The authors / signers of the publication are neither trustees nor workers of the East Dadekotopon Development Trust. 19659004] Joseph Nii Nai Adjei (Nii Kwade Okropong I) who signed the publication as chairman of the Trust, was found lacking capacity as a Trustee by the High Court 7, Land Division, in a decision issued on 31 [19659011] July 2017 with regard to costume no. LD / 0487/2017. Gilbert Oblie Lomotey is not a trustee and Emmanuel Odoi Yemoh is not executive secretary of the Trust.

The East Dadekotopon Development Trust therefore requests the public to disregard the publication
