The breathtaking collection of a superhero of Spice Girls' memories is to tour the UK from 12 cities. It includes costumes, dolls, flasks, lunch boxes, plates, cups, Christmas crackers, toys, cookies and cushions.
There are also cakes, puzzles, radios, magazines, Easter eggs, Pepsi cans, three Aprilia mopeds and dozens of packets of Walkers chips.
"I've always been a bit of a magpie," Alan Smith-Allison said before opening his Spice Girls exhibition in London on Saturday. "I've always collected things when I was small."
The new show features thousands of countless examples of merchandise that accompanied the group, as well as hundreds of costumes that the Spice Girls wore for their performances, videos and movies.
The double-decker bus that was featured in the movie Spice World will arrive Friday outside the exhibition, borrowed from a marina of the Isle of Wight and restored with love thanks to a crowdfunding campaign.
