Anas asks the High Court to award aggravated damages to 25 million GH ¢ from defamatory material published by Mr. Agyapong
The Member has published in recent weeks articles for the purpose of to discredit the investigative journalist, who published an article on football corruption in Ghana.
Moved by the deputy's actions, Anas, through his lawyer, Mr. Kissi Agyebeng, sued Mr. Agyapong for damages for defamation in the defendant's publications.
