The certifications are the Tier III Constructed Facility Certification, TCCF, the SAP Infrastructure Services license that certifies the data center as a requirement for the operation of SAP infrastructure and applications, PCI-DSS certification verifying the data center to process information from 27001 and 9001.

The TCCF is a progression from the Design Document Level Certification (TCDD). The 600-based MDXI facility based in Lekki is the leading commercial data center in West Africa. The center was set up to meet the growing demand for Cloud, Coloring and Managed Housing services in the region. MDXI General Manager Gbenga Adegbiji said the certification marks the company's investment in vital infrastructure to improve the digital economy of West Africa. . He added that outsourcing data center services to vendors like MDXI shows that businesses can adopt profitable models of using technology to focus more on business development and growth. According to Adegbiji, MDXI also plans to launch new Tier III data centers in Sagamu by the T4 of 2018, 2019 in Ghana and 2020 in Ivory Coast.
Uptime Institute President, Lee Kirby, congratulated MainOne's data center company for receiving its Level III Buildings Certification documents. He said the move was a great step for the whole area and he showed his support for working with MDXI while they were installing various facilities in the area.
