Miss Universe Ghana was launched at the La Boutique Boutique Hotel in Accra on Thursday, July 5th to begin publishing activities 2018.

Menaye Donkor Muntari, Malz Promotions Manager, revealed that the contest will also be used to showcase Ghanaian tourism.

The participants, she said, will undertake tourism activities in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture. to ensure that the tourism sector receives the necessary attention that it deserves.

Menaye, a former Miss Universe queen, took over the organization of the contest last year. She and her team released what she described as a first-clbad event that saw the coronation of Ruth Quarshie as Queen.

Ruth continued to make Ghana proud by reaching the 16th stage of the world contest.

"Miss Universe Ghana has been an amazing experience, I will not change it for anything in the world Miss Universe has opened doors that would not have been open before and it's amazing." This year's show will take place in collaboration with the multimedia group.The main event is scheduled for September 15, when Miss Universe Ghana 2018 will be crowned.

The contest registration can be applied by postgraduate students and high schools , Ghanaian women living in Ghana and throughout the diaspora between the ages of 18 and 25 with a minimum height of 5 '8 feet without a child, pregnant and unmarried.

Applicants must also have a minimum of certific at SHS.
