"I will kiss his feet": Steve Kerr reminds Shaq of the old promise he made

Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr went on Twitter Monday night to share a few years of NBA legend and basketball broadcaster Shaquille O & # 39. Neal making a promise that he could now regret.

"Hey @SHAQ, I'm going to serve both of us and pretend that @ D_West30 did not send it to me this morning," Kerr wrote on Twitter, referring to the former Warrior player, David West.

The attached clip shows O Neal in an interview several years ago talking about the legacy of the Los Angeles Lakers and then head coach Phil Jackson, who went to the NBA Finals four out of five from 1999 to 2004.

"If a coach brings a team to the final four out of five [again]I'm going to kiss her feet on 'Fear Factor'. with cheese [them], "he said in the clip with an impassive look on his face.

"I'll do it," he said, raising his eyebrows.

"It will never be done again," he said.

But Kerr – who played Shaq during the NBA and was his boss when he was with the Phoenix Suns – and the Warriors did better in Shaq, surpassing that mark by reaching the NBA Finals five years in a row.

Shaq was a good sport on resurfacing the clip. "I guess I'm going to scare myself and make sure it's lol kraft cheese," he commented on Kerr's post.

Fortunately for all of us, "Fear Factor" is still on MTV, so maybe we'll have the opportunity to see Shaq pay for this extremely cold shot.
