"The simple garlic or better known as lanang onion is a bulb that has various benefits in the health sciences," Fitria explained to SURYAMALANG.COM, Sunday (15/07/2018).

Garlic has more than 200 chemical compounds, such as active compounds (allicin, allin and ajoene), enzymes (allinase, peroxidase and myosinase), carbohydrates (sucrose and glucose). Also a variety of essential amino acids, and vitamins.
