[ad_1]

The countdown begins for the much anticipated "Late Late Toy Show". this year, there are only two people left to sleep! The annual show, now in its 43rd year, has literally entertained us for generations and is undoubtedly the highlight of television programming for children and adults.

Over the years, we have seen children of all ages come on stage as toy testers, performers and even co-hosts. Even though they have all been brilliant, there are some that we can never forget. Between these children and many other priceless moments over the years, we have compiled a list of our favorite moments from the Toy Fair of all time.

Do not hesitate to let us know any other gems we missed!

13. Oisín the dog

There is one thing that actors and TV presenters have always said – never work with animals or children. Although these rules are clearly set aside when it comes to "The Toy Show". While in general, there are only a handful of children to fight, one year later, they decided to add an animal to the suit to ensure Pat Kenny made a living.

Poor Oisín did not interest him at all though, although Oisín's voice makes it really. And Mary Kingston! What happened to Mary Kingston ?! ("Are you laughing? We are laughing!")

12. Douglas fashion enthusiast

Young Douglas was invited to the "Toy Show". with all the style, informing Ryan that it "nailed the Christmas look".

We are almost sure that it is Douglas who created the bowler hats.

11. No madness, Alex

Not only does this little guy provide a perfect focal length, but he totally nails his outing by simply answering Ryan's question.

Legend.

10. Whenever a child of Billie Barry introduces himself

We all wanted to be one, even though their perfectly synchronized dances and gigantic smiles scared us slightly.

9. Whenever Dustin shows up

It's been a while since we've seen Dustin, Turkey, appear at a Toy Show host. Unfortunately, the latest generation of kids may not even have a clue who he is, but you will always be special to us, Dustin.

8. Co-host Fergal

Fergal wrote to Ryan Tubridy asking him to co-host "The Late Late Toy Show" in order to help him fight his incurable illness called "Child Syndrome in the middle". Fortunately, Ryan was forced and Fergal burst onto the scene in a matching Christmas sweater and made the parish proud.

7. The terrified child of Brendan O 'Carroll

At the time, there was no audition at the Toy Show and many of the children used were family members or friends of the team. Two of Brendan's children O & # 39; Carroll ended up doing a demonstration of rollerblading (a simpler time). However, once on stage, the youngest boy, Eric, had none.. It turns out though that he had a pretty good reason …

6. Ashley Tubridy sings' Friends Forever & # 39;

Ashley, age 9, appeared in "The Late Late Toy Show" to perform a song that she would have written. You would imagine that it would be a nice little number on nature walks and sports day, as well as on other things as meaningful for a nine year old. .

And then, she came out with this heart Breaker.

5. Struck by the stars with Robbie Keane

This must surely be the best reaction anyone has already due to Robbie Keane. The young Domhnall was testing a FIFA game in the series, when Ryan decided to surprise him by releasing his hero Robbie Keane. Domhnall's face is so precious that the nation was looking for boxes of tissues. Domhnall however quickly recovered and quickly answered the questions of Robbie. We will see this guy as a sports expert.

4. When Aimée met Ed

It may have been a few years ago, but it still warms the hulls of our heart.

3. When Johnny met Evelyn

Ok ok ok, forget about your Robbie Keane, forget about your Ed Sheeran, Johnny meeting Evelyn Cusack wins over everyone. Johnny loves the weather more than anything, and weather presenter Evelyn Cusack is her HERO.

Young Johnny also gave us the best weather forecast game of all time: "Who will he be, who will he be?"

Pure magic.

2. JohnJoe Brennan – The future watchmaker

JohnJoe Brennan has arrived at the Late Late Toy Show & # 39; with the body of an eight year old teenager and the spirit of a sixty-year-old intellectual who might have switched to sherry.

It's thanks to JohnJoe that we all know now what a watchmaker is.

1. Children get together with their father in the army

Although we have had great moments over the years during the Late Late Toy Show, nothing can surpbad the reaction of Cork 's brothers and sisters, Adam and Kayla Burke, who have met with their father' s. last year. The two men joined Ryan during the series to test toys, but he quickly made them talk about their father. Sergeant Graham Burke was in the army and was completing his 6th tour overseas in Mali and they would not see him again until January.

Except that they were it.

Because he arrived and surprised them. Then he cried, then Ryan cried and then Everybody cried.

Hopefully there will be many other times like these this year, you can attend 'The Late Late Toy Show'. Friday at 21:35 on RTÉ One.
