34-year-old man accused of dangerous driving causing death of Stephen Brown in Castleblayney, Monaghan

An unemployed farmer said today in court, "I am sorry for my actions," following the death of delivery boy Stephen Marron.

James Tomany, 34, of Clay Road, Keady, in Armagh County, was charged with dangerous driving and caused the death of the father of two children on Main Street in Castleblayney, Monaghan County. Tuesday.

Tomany appeared before Judge Gerry Jones in the Carrickmacross District Court and was remanded in Cloverhill District Court on December 5th.
