A man (40) died after being hit by a car at Larragh Co Wicklow.
He was declared dead on the scene. The driver of the car, a woman (20 years old), was not injured.
The collision occurred shortly after 2 am Sunday morning.
The on-site road remains closed to facilitate investigation of the area by Garda Forensic Collision investigators.
