A woman from Brentwood, Tennessee who was recently treated for a brown recluse spider bite found dozens more in her apartment, she claims.

Angela Wright was rushed to the hospital, unable to walk and hallucinate, after she was bitten by a reclusive brown spider in her apartment, WSMV-TV reported.

"I could not walk, I could not move and I could barely swallow," Wright told the news station, adding that the doctors had told him that she could have been suffering from the pain. ;a cerebral vascular accident.

Brown recluse spiders are venomous. Its bite can cause fever, rashes, chills and nausea, among other side effects. In Wright's case, the sting initially caused arm pain and small bumps on the chest.

After telling the incident at his apartment complex, Wright said that a pest control service was coming to spray his house. However, Wright told WSMT-TV that she later found spiders "left and right."

The reclusive brown bite sent Wright to the hospital, she said.

"We found brown recluses left and right, in our bed, in the ceiling, in the iron, in her shoe," she said.

In total, Wright found about 50 brown recluse spiders in his apartment, reported the news station.
